    was also the year when the owners/majority shareholders of the banks that form the consortium known as (un)Federal (un)Reserve (un)Bank did NOT announce that out of gratitude to the US taxpayers they are wiping out the national debt and will henceforth give back to the Congress its constitutional right and obligation to print dollars free of charge.


  2. I’m not sure of the exact quote, but someone once said something like ‘democracy is a terrible system…except when you compare it to all the others.’

    Yes, there are problems…but we keep working on them and trying to live up to our founding principles. Those principles – the prospect of equal justice under the law, equal opportunity, and social and economic mobility – can be inspirational for many people.
