Nigeria has summoned the U-S ambassador over profane language used by President Donald Trump against African immigrants. The Nigerian foreign ministry says the American envoy is expected to explain Trump’s use of a racist slur to describe African immigrants to the U-S. Trump’s recent graphic description of African nations, Haiti and El Salvador has stirred outcry inside and outside the U-S. The U-N, the African Union and several U-S politicians as well as rights groups condemned Trump’s innuendo which was made during a meeting with lawmakers at the White House. The U-S president has denied the derogatory remark saying he is not a racist. However, democratic senator Dick Durbin who was present at the meeting insists Trump repeated the vulgar comment.
