Henry Herskovitz of Jewish Witnesses for Peace and Friends (JWPF), a long-time pro-Palestine activist from Ann Arbor, Michigan, isn’t afraid of asking the hard questions…and confronting censorship from within the Palestinian solidarity movement. He describes a recent encounter with the censors:

A handful of JWPF members joined about 150 others at the University of  Michigan’s Dearborn campus last Monday to listen to speakers Josh  Ruebner, Ben White, and Susan Abulhawa avoid the topics we listed in last week’s report  :  1. The legitimacy of the Jewish state 2. Jewish Identity Politics 3. Influence of Jewish Power on US policy 4. Whether or not each speaker recognizes Israel’s “right” to exist as a Jewish state.

Naturally the only way to ask any of these “million dollar questions” was to circumvent the rigged Q&A and just blurt them out. For the full story, read Henry’s account at the Deir Yassin Remembered blog, and listen to this show.

And let’s throw in a shout-out to Gilad Atzmon – check out his appearance on Ken O’Keefe’s new TV show – whose heroic efforts on behalf of free thought are an inspiration to Henry & me along with so many others.

Well, I listened to the excellent program — but they never experienced what I have in 15th year of Toronto Street News (

Look up the website — it's .net because the .com version was hacked. My hotmail account was also taken from me after ten years of contacts. My car was blown up in just one of 3 arson attacks here in Toronto. Twice they tried to run me off the expressway at high speed; they have terrific technology because they also fried my cell phone in my hand ten minutes after the 1st attempt to knock me off on the highway.

Our mayor in Toronto does not have a drug problem — he is more likely the mafia don of the city — the Ford crime family has been at the drug industry for decades when the mayor's councillor brother used to sell hashish by the half pound to his dealers, The oldest sister was a heroin addict and one day at home with her mother and new boyfriend — her ex-husband, drug dealer and biker came in a shot him dead leaving her going to hospital for powder burns on her face; the oldest brother went to jail for kidnapping and bodily harm when one of his dealers didn't pay up fast enough.

And more than that — metro police allowed one of the same drug dealer gang to threaten me when I caught him in our parking lot after selling drugs to the housing complex across the street from our office.

My assistant was once kidnapped by the ARA (Anti-Racist-Assocation) which is a jewish front that hires a bus to haul around their paid black protesters to attack house fronts including Ernst Zundel.

    A fine city this!!

That's what you get when you tell the truth about 911, city police corruption, zionist threats against our advertisers, etc., etc.

There's damn few serious protesters in Toronto so "they" give us lots of attention.

I get items from John regularly.
