First half-hour: Libertarian activist Rolf Lindgren and I argue about whether or not black-box voting machines are stealing elections (including Bob Bowman‘s congressional seat in 2006). Later in the show, we agree that NSA spying blatantly violates the Fourth Amendment, and discuss the legal wrangling around this issue that is heading for the Supreme Court.

Second half hour: Clint Curtis, an attorney and computer programmer, ran for Congress in Florida as a whistleblower in 2006 and 2008 against “vote fraud Congressman” Tom Feeney. During his 2006 campaign he got to know another whistleblower candidate: Dr. Bob Bowman. In 2010, he won the Democratic nomination and ran against Tom McClintock in California.
