First hour: Dr. Saeb Shaath is an author, a Middle East Political Expert, public speaker on Middle Eastern affairs, a frequent guest on Press TV, other TV and Radio shows.
A former diplomat, he was The Palestine representative in Ireland, headed the Palestine General Delegation to Ireland until 2002.
He is currently the chairman of Palestine Aid organisation and the co-founder of Irish Map (Medical Aid for Palestine), said to be having an excellent impact on improving the Palestinian health facilities in Gaza. Saeb Shaath was behind the building of James Connolly surgical unit in Gaza after the Israeli criminal war of 2009 on Gaza. It was built with Irish and Palestinian contributions.
His book The Arabian States of the Gulf and International Oil Monopolies, published in Arabic in 1987 and banned by most of the Arab Regimes, is considered as a gospel to most revolutionaries and resistance movements in the Arab world.
