Listen HERE International Relations Professor Michael Brenner (U. of Pittsburgh) sounds off about the British Navy’s “ludicrous and dangerous” provocation of the Russian bear last Friday, when HMS Defender violated Russian waters off Crimea and nearly started World War III.
