9/11 whistleblower Susan Lindauer.

Guest: Ex-CIA asset & imprisoned 9/11 whistleblower Susan Lindauer.

As a U.S. Intelligence Asset, Susan Lindauer covered anti-terrorism at the Iraqi Embassy in New York from 1996 up to the invasion. Independent sources have confirmed that she gave advance warning about the 9/11 attack. She also started talks for the Lockerbie Trial with Libyan diplomats. Shortly after requesting to testify before Congress about successful elements of Pre-War Intelligence, Lindauer became one of the first non-Arab Americans arrested on the Patriot Act as an “Iraqi Agent.” She was accused of warning her second cousin, White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card and Secretary of State Colin Powell that war with Iraq would have catastrophic consequences. Gratis of the Patriot Act, her indictment was loaded with “secret charges” and “secret evidence.” She was subjected to one year in prison on Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth, Texas without a trial or hearing, and threatened with indefinite detention and forcible drugging to shut her up. After five years of indictment without a conviction or guilty plea, the Justice Department dismissed all charges five days before President Obama’s inauguration.

Blurb for Susan Lindauer’s book Extreme Prejudice:

The Terrifying Story of the Patriot Act and the Cover Ups of 9/11 and Iraq

What if the government decided to invent a great lie to sell a disastrous war and a questionable anti-terrorism policy? What would happen to the assets who know the truth?

Former CIA Asset Susan Lindauer provides an extraordinary first-hand account from behind the intelligence curtain that shatters the government’s lies about 9/11 and Iraq, and casts a harsh spotlight on the workings of the Patriot Act as the ideal weapon to bludgeon whistle blowers and dissidents. A terrifying true story of “black budget” betrayals and the Patriot Act, with its arsenal of secret evidence, indefinite detention and threats of forcible drugging, EXTREME PREJUDICE reveals one Asset’s desperate struggle to survive the brutal cover ups of 9/11 and Iraq. EXTREME PREJUDICE delivers a high tension expose of the real facts surrounding the CIA’s advance warnings of 9/11 and Iraq’s contributions to the 9/11 investigation. For the first time, it discloses the existence of a comprehensive peace framework before the War, which would have accomplished all major U.S. objectives in Baghdad without a single casualty. A true life spy thriller that goes inside the Iraqi Embassy and prison on a Texas military base, EXTREME PREJUDICE reveals the depths of deception by leaders in Washington and London to promote a questionable image of their successful anti-terrorism policy, and the shocking brutality used to suppress the truth of their failures from the American people and the world community.

Above all, EXTREME PREJUDICE offers a critical examination from the defendant’s chair of the Patriot Act’s assault on the most cherished Constitutional rights in a Court of law, when liberty and freedom to dissent from government policy are the highest stakes.

“Susan Lindauer deserves unreserved admiration for this brave and moving account of her steadfast refusal to crumble under the shameful abuses to which she was subjected. She has provided us with an overdue exposure of the depths to which governments are all too prepared to descend to prevent disclosure of their dishonesty and malfeasance, her knowledge having been gained through bitter personal experience.” –Robert Black, Q.C., Scottish architect of the Lockerbie Trial at Camp Zeist

“Unfolds like a suspense thriller from deep within the struggle for global sanity, at the hands of those perpetrating dark secrecy. Lindauer reveals faces of our national truth few Americans imagine. Chilling, heartbreaking, horrifying and hopeful, EXTREME PREJUDICE offers a depth of historical insight critical to transforming our future. Pay attention.” –Janice Matthews, Director, 911Truth.org

    Hi Kevin,
This is truly an explosive (no pun intended) revelation: a CIA agent who had tried not lying, and ended up with her
Constitutional rights completely abridged. Now I think I know why one radio talkshow host used to refer to the Bush's as
"the Bush Crime Family." I remember back in 2001 someone on a talk show mentioned a CIA speechwriter and author whose name was
David Hagberg. He wrote "High Flight" in 1995, and a follow-up book, "Joshua's Hammer," released in 2000. He described how the CIA knew (participated
in?) attacks on New York and elsewhere by "hijacked" jetliners, at that time yet to come.

Carswell Air Force Base. I recall that President Kennedy spoke, both inside and outside the Texas Hotel there. Then he left the base aboard Air Force One
for Dallas. That was Friday, November 22, 1963, about an hour or so before the six shots that were fired by American-born terrorists and their corporate backers.

The FBI/CIA double-agent/informant S-279, Lee Harvey Oswald, the real one, or the fake one, whichever he was. was blamed when, in fact, he was trying to stop the
attack from happening. FBI special agent, James Hosty, lied through his teeth about the note Oswald wrote out and signed. It was no warning for Hosty to stop visiting
Oswald's apartment when Oswald was not home. It's warning was obvious: it told of an assassination plot by "a violent, revolutionary group" who were "planning to assinate (Oswald's mispelling of assassinate) President Kennedy on November 22-23, nineteen sicty (mispelled sixty)-three."

And there was a Bush hidden in plane (plain) site in an Army Intelligence photo, in front of the Texas School Book Depository. The Army intel man, Bowen, said he would testify under oath to a Grand Jury if one were held. I don't know if he is still alive. But I've noticed there has not yet been a Texas Grand Jury. PS. James E. Files, the 69 year old whose bullet shell casing was discovered way back in 1987, is still alive today. The CIA has done it's best to obfuscate his story. It is at http://www.jfkmurdersolved.com. You know that when the CIA does it's "would have, could have, should have" dance, that the real truth has finally been discovered, and the CIA is caught with it's pants down.

    Excellent interview, Kevin.
I know the music is apropos but it
would be better if you at least shortened
it by half. I think some will lose patience
    waiting for the interview.

Will you please stop using the phrase "Patriot Act." There is no such thing; that's THEIR rendering/intent to a tee.

It's called the USA PATRIOT Act. Even the cattle ranchers at Wikiscum say:

"The USA PATRIOT Act (commonly known as the "Patriot Act"). . . The title of the Act is contrived . . ."

    Wake up.

Thanks to Susan it has now been confirmed that the CIA are nothing but a bunch of idiots!

    (((3)))

  7. The defense appropriations bill signed by Obama has a provision for the arrest and indefinite detention of anyone designated a terrorist. Since no trial will be needed, it is hoped that those granted free room and board at the taxpayers' expense will not be interrogated. Enhanced interrogation methods should be saved for those for whom rendition cannot remain anonymous. Waterboarding, for example, although invaluable for extracting truthful confessions while leaving no visible marks, is frequently needed more than a hundred times. Therefore,it must be quite tedious. We would hate for our interrogators (true Patriots all) to overextend or exhaust themselves. Since Anonymous does not like the name USA Patriot ACT, may I be the first to suggest a name for the defense rider? How about "Delete Intellectual Dissent"(DIE)? or "Department of Enhanced Action Toward Homeland Security" (DEATHS)?
