Death threats vs. religious freedom; Jim Fetzer & caller on Sandy Hook, Gabrielle Giffords, & Batman shooting

Friday 1/2 – Listen live – 8 to 10 pm Eastern on Revolution Radio: http://www.freedomslips.com/  – click on the “Studio B” button. To be rebroadcast Sunday 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Eastern on http://NoLiesRadio.org  and then archived at the usual spot.

First hour guest: Chris Rodda of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, which is getting “thousands of messages wishing or threatening harm” after being repeatedly vilified on Fox News.

Death threats from legions of Fox News-crazed zombies? Tell me about it! It happened to me in 2006, when Bill O’Reilly said I should be murdered by the mafia in retaliation for my 9/11 research – and then Lynn Cheney’s anti-higher-education group ACTA provided my University of Wisconsin email address to its astroturf list of Fox-inebriated morons, who inundated me with death threats full of misspelled words. As I told Sean Hannity, Fox needs to be taken off the air.

Second hour: Six-term Rep. and 2008 presidential candidate Cynthia McKinney, the best and bravest federal office holder of our time, was unable to make it. So Jim Fetzer came on to discuss Sandy Hook, the biggest false flag news story of 2014…and a caller joined us. Topics: Sandy Hook, the Gabrielle Giffords shooting, the Batman shooting, and the possibility of a 9112B false flag event targeting the Hoover Dam (and America’s food supply) for destruction.

2 Thoughts to “Death threats vs. religious freedom; Jim Fetzer & caller on Sandy Hook, Gabrielle Giffords, & Batman shooting”

  1. The phenomenon of "religious" people going nuts discussed with Chris Rodda, always occurs when Religiosity is devoid of Inner-Enlightenment.

Just as much atheists are trapped in the world of the five senses, those kind of people are trapped in the world of words and rituals of their professed faith/religion. They are so trapped, they are unable of letting the wisdom and the spirit of the letter reach their heart and intellect; they can't even see nor wisdom nor spirit, they are the proverbial "can't see beyond the end of one's nose".

Of course, that is not peculiar to christians only. Some of my muslims too, lack understanding and perception, insist on interpreting the Quran according to the mood and conveniences of the day, insist on being ignorant of the context of revelation of a verse or a set of verses (in arabic : 'Asbaab an-Nuzool') when it is required…etc.

It has been reported that beloved prophet Muhammad said : "There will come a time upon the Ummat (ie: muslim community) when people will recite the Qur'an, but it will not go further than their throats (ie: it will not go into their hearts)".

So I kind of understand when some people are turned off by religion because of dislikable/crazy religious people. But then again, it boils down to the question : Are you looking for Truth and Inner-Enlightenment, or are you looking for people to fall in love with and a herd to belong to ?.

The other day, someone said to me : "you MO-slemz, your holly book tells you to KILL ALL non-MO-slemz !". I replied : "So ?. What's the problem ?. Too many white people anyway". I think I was joking. Maybe. I am not sure.

  2. _ “For of all slaveholders with whom I have ever met, religious slaveholders are the worst. I have ever found them the meanest and basest, the most cruel and cowardly, of all others.” – Frederick Douglass, Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass

_ "…Well they call Him by the prince of peace
And they call Him by the Savior
And they pray to Him upon the seas
    And in every bold endeavor

And they fill His churches with their pride and gold
As their faith in Him increases
But they've turned the nature that I worship in
    From a temple to a robber's den
In the words of the rebel Jesus

We guard our world with locks and guns
And we guard our fine possessions
And once a year when Christmas comes
    We give to our relations

And perhaps we give a little to the poor
If the generosity should seize us
But if any one of us should interfere
In the business of why there are poor
They get the same as the rebel Jesus

But pardon me if I have seemed
To take the tone of judgment
For I've no wish to come between
    This day and your enjoyment

In a life of hardship and of earthly toil
There is a need for anything that frees us
So I bid you pleasure and I bid you cheer
From a heathen and a pagan
On the side of the rebel Jesus"

(Jackson Browne – The Rebel Jesus)
