I noticed in Vincent Gillespie's news release of Ellen Mariani’s petition for writ of certiorari to the US Supreme Court being denied that he expressed concern about the Second Circuit Court ruling on whether sanctions will be imposed on Mrs. Mariani and Mr. Leichty. I would like to remind you that the court did not sanction Dr. Judy Wood or her attorney because they presented overwhelming, conclusive, and indisputable EVIDENCE to the court that the World Trade Center complex was destroyed with a type of directed energy weapon. Otherwise, the court would have sanctioned her for filing a frivolous lawsuit as April Gallop's attorneys were in the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

BTW, Why was there an organized effort to solicit funds for poor old Ellen's Supreme Court case when she had the assets? What happened to the Ellen Mariani Revocable Trust dated September 9, 2002 or the sale of her Derry, New Hampshire, home on April 5, 2004 for $249,900? Even though she reports being married to Louis for 13 years (1988), her name is never listed on the mortgage or deed. In fact, the first time her name appears is when the Quitclaim Deed Louis Neil Mariani signs 47 days before 9/11 is filed 9 days later by his "tormented grieving widow"! WTF?

If Judy Wood was not sanctioned, while April Gallop was, that obviously is not a reflection of the quality of evidence in the two cases! A more plausible explanation would be that the 9/11 perps who own the court system were patting Judy on the head for being such a paranoia-spreading destructive influence on the truth movement. Gallop was sanctioned to punish her for making a real case, and to discourage future real cases.

However, a Jewish authored Supreme Court ruling (Rothstein) from a court stacked with 4 Jews (Fish, Abella, Rothstein, Silberman) confirms that Canadians are not permitted to say anything that might offend a Jew at some time in the future.
